Happy New Year from everyone here at Glenview! I hope this finds you well. I have enclosed December’s activities so you can see what we got up to last month! Download the PDF version of December’s activities.

Early in the month of December we started to put our Christmas decorations up to make Glenview feel more festive! We re-used some of our paperchains we had previously made and were donated a selection of Christmas decorations from different people, so thank you so much for this!

We had an afternoon of baking where Dot and Jim both joined in with making biscuits which went down a real treat! They were very much enjoyed! Next time we will have to make double the amount!

We had a visit from some children from a primary school. They sat with our residents and together they had a go at the wordsearches and crosswords the children had made. They had also drawn Christmas cards and sang Christmas songs and read poems to everyone.
